I’m so blown. I’m not gonna watch Deathly Hallows tonight, maybe not even this weekend. I’m so jealous of everyone going tonight, sigh. :(
Probably one of the extendable ears, for the simple reason that it makes it easier to eavesdrop. *shrug*
Nooo, I haven’t been yet, but of course I plan on going one day. I think I’d be in awe the whole time haha
Uhhh, I don’t know. Probably Sorcerer’s Stone because I had that on VHS and had it playing a lot when I used to have a VCR. Of course I’m waiting to get the entire box set after DH Part 2 comes out. :)
It used to bother me a lot and I would start to nitpick a movie, even the simple things.. like Hermione’s dress being pink instead of periwinkle, and find no enjoyment in it whatsoever. But now, I guess I’ve gotten less uptight with the movies and realized that the books will always be better. Sure, they missed important scenes from the books, like the Marauders or Barty Crouch Jr.’s story or the Merope memory, that should have been thoroughly shown so the audience is less confused. But eh, read the books lol. So now I just enjoy a movie for what it is: a movie.

She was spot on. I thought Maggie Smith, Helena Bonham Carter, and Alan Rickman were great too, as far as performance. But appearance wise, Evanna Lynch definitely.
Professor McGonagall, of course. She takes no one’s crap and she’s a true embodiment of a Gryffindor Head of House. She reminds me of my 9th grade English teacher, Mrs. Hillian. McGonagall was strict but you can tell she cared a lot for her students, much the same way as my 9th grade teacher.
Petunia. Even though she treated Harry just the same as Vernon did, she wasn’t as ignorant as she let on. I feel as though she missed and loved Lily so much more than readers would imagine. After reading Deathly Hallows, she wanted to be part of the magical world with her sister (her letter to Dumbledore) but it was all Lily’s, and she probably holds a lot of hurt and jealousy still, which I feel she continued to take out on Harry. I wish she was strong enough to say whatever she had to say to Harry at the very end, but I suppose that goes with her character. Maybe she did care, just even a little bit, but in the end, she just chose not to do anything about it.
Nope, never. But I’m planning on to for Part 1 though. If not for this one, most definitely for the one next summer. Forrealz.
A phoenix. Screw an owl, I’d want a phoenix. They deliver messages in an instant. Their tears heal and they’re reborn from their ashes, even if hit by the killing curse. Yeah. They’re cool.
I think mines would be very similar to Mrs. Weasley’s: my loved ones, taken away from me. I don’t think there’s anything more fearful than that to me. Also, it could turn into me if I fell completely rock bottom: totally lost myself, morals, and faith.
Or who knows, maybe just something really scary like a demon or something. Yikes.
LMAO. This reminds me of my really nerdy days where I actually thought of crap like this and pretended to be a new character in the books. I’m such a loser. Anyway, if I had to, it’d probably be one of the Weasley twins. Nothing like a good sense of humor in times when you need it the most.
17. What would your Patronus be?
This one’s hard. It’s basically asking you what kind of personality you have and I never know what to say. I actually tried taking quizzes online but most of ‘em sucked and I’d get different results like snake, rabbit, unicorn lol. I’d say dolphin because it’s my favorite animal.. but what would it do? IDK.
18. What book have you read the most?
Probably Sorcerer’s Stone. Not because it’s my favorite but because I always start with it to read the entire series over.
15. Top 3 favorite scenes from the series
This one’s hard. Kay, I’ll just name three random scenes I liked, let’s go!
- First introduction of Diagon Alley, when Harry comes through the brick wall. That was the first scene when I really wanted to join that world, haha *nerd*
- “After all this time?”
“Always.”
- Harry’s final walk through the forest, walking along aside his deceased family members and his acceptance that this is what he had to do.
16. If you could ask your favorite character one thing what would it be?
Professor Dumbledore, can I please get my letter now? It’s about seven years late.
11. Is there a character you didn’t like in the books, but loved in the movies or vice-versa
I didn’t think Michael Gambon did a good job of replacing the old Dumbledore. He was too gruff and didn’t have as much grace. I get reminded of this:

12. Least favorite character
Ginny. Point blank. I felt like she came out of nowhere, both in the books and movies. All of a sudden in Half Blood Prince, she becomes this important character without much development. Harry starts having feelings for her and it didn’t really make much sense to me. Cho even made more sense than Ginny. I think if you toss out her character from the series after the second book, it wouldn’t make much of a difference.
13. Favorite location from the movies
Wut. Uh I liked Diagon Alley and the gryffindor common room. *shrug*
14. If you could work at any place in Hogsmeade which would it be
Either Honeydukes, for all the candy, or Zonko’s, it’s a joke shop.. come on.
06. One of your favorite quotes
“Nitwit! blubber! oddment! tweak!”
07. Favorite movie
Uh.. I really don’t know. I guess I’d say HP6 but only because I thought the acting got much better & how, finally, Gambon portrayed Dumbledore well. Ginny was still awkward though, whatevs.
08. Anything you’d change in the epilogue
Many people hated the epilogue but I didn’t think too badly of it. But there’s still a lot I’d change. Having it be longer, for instance >_>. I wanted to know what happened to the other characters as well but I think JKR was supposed to publish a book/encyclopedia about that? I hope.
09. What would be your favorite class at Hogwarts
I think I would have a lot of fun in Charms.
10. The cloak, the wand, or the stone
Well, the cloak is supposed to be the right choice from all three. It’s the most safe. I never found much appeal in the wand since people would kill for it. The stone definitely is tempting but I think it’d be too addicting and I’d be wishing for so much more because, though you’re seeing the deceased, you’re still separated. I guess all that’s left is the cloak. That’s not too bad of a choice. Free pass anywhere, booyah.
